A Manifesto On Life

Life is here to be lived.
Begging us to go all-in with wild abandon!

To understand this is impossible. To know it, and yes, there is a difference between understanding (intellectually) and knowing (with a whole body feeling), requires a sense of expansiveness, possibility, and freedom - not being limited by external constraints or internal beliefs about what's possible.

It's a choice to show up unbounded. A place where you're fully expressed, bringing all of who you are to each moment and interaction. You're not hiding, shrinking or contorting to fit someone else's mold. There's an ease and authenticity that comes from being anchored in your truth.

The act of UNBOUNDING begins when you start to connect to your innate wisdom and power. You trust your inner knowing and aren't afraid to chart your own course, even if it deviates from the norm. You give yourself permission to want what you want and to go after it unapologetically.

This way of being requires shedding the conditioning, stories and coping mechanisms that keep you stuck in limitation. It means taking radical ownership of your reality and no longer giving your power away to external circumstances or other people's expectations.

An unbounded life is one of conscious creation. You approach life as the artist of your experience, taking bold and aligned action in service of your vision. You're devoted to your own growth and evolution, continually expanding beyond perceived limits.

From this empowered place, you move through the world with openness and curiosity. You embrace the full spectrum of the human experience - the challenges and the triumphs, the beauty and the messiness. You allow life to move through you, staying present to it all.

By courageously showing up as all of who you are, you give others permission to do the same. Your very being is an invitation for others to step into their greatness.
