Everything in the Osmotic Resonance program, plus a monthly in-person day at your business. I sit with the top leadership, see what's happening that nobody inside can see, and help you and your key people find the patterns that are running the show. I don't do the work inside your company. The doing belongs to you. The seeing belongs to me.

What happens: I facilitate stuck conversations, translate between departments, and help you find the right people for internal execution. I may train your team on specific elements of the work. But the real shift happens because the leader is full, and when the leader is full, the organization fills. This is Osmotic Leadership in practice.

Questions You're Probably Asking

What's the investment?
Capacity Builders is free (attend once as a guest, then it's part of the Osmotic Leadership program). The Osmotic Resonance program is $1,500/month (1x private session) or $2,500/month (2x private sessions), both with a 6-month minimum. Osmotic Immersion is $10,000/month plus travel. These are strategic relationships, not hourly coaching. The investment reflects the level of access, depth of engagement, and proximity. If you need to go into debt to afford this, it's not the right time.
What's the Rapid Recalibration?
A 90-minute deep dive in your first two weeks, built around your biggest current pressure point. It's designed to create speed to value. You'll walk out with clarity on the pattern that's costing you the most and a felt sense of what's possible when it shifts. Your team will notice. Your partner will notice. You'll notice.
How long do people typically work with you?
The minimum commitment is 6 months. Most engagements continue beyond that because the relationship evolves and the work deepens. I'm not trying to make you dependent on me. I'm trying to make you independent of the patterns that made you feel like you needed someone like me.
Is this coaching?
No. Coaches help you achieve goals. Consultants tell you what to do. Therapists help you heal the past. I do something different. I sit in the interstitial space between all three: seeing the patterns that connect your business challenges, your family dynamics, and your personal capacity. I don't have a certification hanging on my wall for this. I have 25 years of living it, breaking it, and rebuilding it.
Do I need to be a parent to work with you?
No. The methodology works for any leader navigating the tension between professional success and personal wholeness. That said, most of the people who find me are parents running companies — because the integration work across business, family, and self is where I've lived and where I go deepest. If you're family-focused, you'll feel at home here immediately.
Do I have to start at the same time as everyone else?
No. This isn't a cohort with a fixed start date. You join when you're ready and the journey is individual. The private work is between you and me. The Capacity Builders call happens monthly and serves everyone regardless of when they started. You'll find your own rhythm within the first month.
How many clients do you work with at a time?
A maximum of 25 at any given time, with no more than 5 at the higher-touch level. This is high-touch, high-depth work. If there isn't an opening when we connect, I'll tell you honestly and we'll figure out timing.
What if my spouse or partner isn't on board?
That's actually one of the most common starting points. The work often reveals why they're skeptical: they've watched you invest in business growth for years while your presence at home decreased. This is different. This is the investment that gives you back to them. And they usually see the shift before you do.
